Marriage! As heavy as it sounds, a lot of people don’t really understand the basics of marriage.
Talking about what I have felt through my lens on people in marriage around me, I can vouch for the above statement that a lot of people don’t necessarily understand the depths of marriage and what a Marriage stands for.
Communication, Love, Respect, Care, Concern, Attention, Time, Admiration, Sex, Intimacy, and Emotions- All of these make up a marriage, but what keeps a marriage going is the commitment and consistent efforts to maintain the very things that constitute a marriage.
But a lot of us just pass through these words and suggestions like it means nothing. We all tend to give priority to the materialization of things that we forget that what constitutes and maintains a fulfilling marriage is the very intangible things that we fail to acknowledge.
That’s my perception and understanding about relationships and that it’s always the little things that have the most impact on us as people. Those little thoughtful gestures and actions are done out of love and pure intentions are what counts the most.
Anyways, you got the point, so let’s not get wrapped up in my rant session and understand the causes and consequences of a loveless marriage, so that it’s easier for you guys to be aware of what’s wrong with your marriage. And if you’re not married, well, first of all, I’m Glad and Don’t Get Married (Just Kidding!), second of all, you might get married someday so it will be of great use to have known this blog.
